Will your child still be covered in 2011?
Each year, we need to know whether your child is eligible to stay on your GMF Health family membership.
To remain eligible, your child must:
- Under 25 years of age,
- Earn less than $20,500 per annum taxable income and
- Not be married or living in a defacto relationship.
